Term at: Least 3 years or as funding allows
Hourly Wage: $18.00/hour plus $300/month health insurance stipend FTE .5 (20 hours/week)
UNION Non-Represented FLSA Non-Exempt

Job Summary
The Network Assistant will be part of a small team responsible for driving KCHN's work forward, in particular supporting day-to-day communications and administrative functions, and assisting with development, promotion and outreach, data entry, and daily management of the organization.
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
* Two years of related work experience
Preffered Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Public Health, or related field
* Experience with website development and social media
* Demonstrated graphic design skills
* Experience taking meeting minutes

Duties & Responsibilities
* Organize and set up multiple monthly meetings and events (scheduling, materials, reminders, room set up, etc.)
* Attend multiple monthly meetings and take succinct and accurate meeting documentation
* Develop effective and visually-pleasing materials for meetings, events, communications, and promotions
* Assist with website updates
* Assist with monitoring and updating social media accounts
* Update and manage KCHN Internal and External files
* Conduct research as needed to address the needs of health initiatives and grant opportunities
* Assist with outreach and promotion for the organization, events, and other work
* Perform other administrative tasks as directed
* Serve as a representative of the KCHN to other organizations and groups; establish and maintain positive relationships including other nonprofits, healthcare agencies, healthcare professionals and community members
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
