Legal Administrative Coordinator

You will be expected to:
- respond to Subpoena/Records Requests two weeks prior to all court cases and within 24 to 72 hours of receipt
- master the use of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), SharePoint, MS Word, Outlook and Excel, VoIP phone system operation and Salesforce to effectively perform responsibilities
- properly file and record all completed court work and documents
- build and maintain relationships, receive and make outbound phone calls and succinctly and clearly communicate in a professional manner with all customers
- update and maintain Subpoena and Records Requests process (SOP)
- accurately track, monitor, enter and maintain spreadsheet for all Subpoena/Records Requests data, communications and court case history in a timely manner
- maintain and organize calendar for all expert witness testimony
- maintains donor confidentiality at all times
- maintain high productivity in a deadline-driven, pressure-sensitive, fast-paced environment
- be accountable for your development and success
- learn how to support customers from our Customer Support department

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum two (2) years of Executive Assistant experience; Legal Administrative experience with court systems preferred. Scientific degrees and/or experience with or knowledge of laboratory practices and procedures preferred. Must be able to work independently and part of a team; possess very strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, superb proofreading abilities.
