District Registrar & Student Data Specialist

The Cle Elum-Roslyn School District is accepting applications for a District Registrar and Student Data Specialist for the 2022-23sy.

JOB FUNCTION

• Register new students, withdraw students (except graduating seniors)
• Obtain required school records for students
• Create, update and maintain middle and high school course schedules
• Become familiar with and assist with Running Start and dual credit classes data entry and record management
• Become familiar with CTE programming and assist with data entry to fulfill program requirements
• Keep transcript information up to date
• Print and/or send official transcripts
• Create and maintain a variety of records, forms, documents and files
• Compile, create, and process district, state and federal reports as required
• Monitor CEDARS and make necessary corrections
• Complete Civil Rights Data Collection on required years
