Central Washington University (CWU) - Public Works Contract Specialist.
Compensation: $3,488 per month up to $4,577 per month.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree involving major study in business administration, public administration, law, or closely related field, and one year of experience in reviewing, negotiating, administering and/or terminating contracts;
OR A master's degree in business administration, public administration, law, or closely related field;
OR Applicable combination of education and/or experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. - Experience in interpreting complex written rules, laws, policies, or procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in reviewing, negotiating, administering and/or terminating contracts on behalf of a local, state, or federal government agency.
- Experience working in construction or a higher education setting.
- Experience in contract cost or price analysis.
