Clinical Director, BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst
We're seeking a Clinical Director, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services at our center-based treatment facility!

The Clinical Director's Responsibilities:
The Clinical Director will assess, design, and oversee all treatment center Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based programs for clients. The Clinical Director is responsible for the development & maintenance of treatment plans to ensure they are maximally effective. This involves clinical supervision, training, support, and evaluation of behavior plan.
- Client Therapy Plans & Progress
- Integrate current research, ethical standards, and BACB practice guidelines into all clinical policies and employee education
- Develop behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
- Management & Training of center staff
- Operational and Clinical responsibility of treatment center
- Manage incoming referrals and new client intake procedures
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of BACB task requirements and how to integrate them with billing requirements
- Professional practices & development
- Assist with marketing presentations to referral partners and parent groups

Leadership Qualifications:
- Licensure *REQUIRED*: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis - BCBA
- +2 years of BCBA certification and qualified experience providing supervision to trainees
- Demonstrated skills and experience in directing programs for children with autism and intellectual disabilities
- Resourcefulness, personal drive, and the desire to develop a team to its highest potential
- Leadership experience writing and training the delivery of applied behavior analytic programs
- Experience in diverse service settings (clinic, school and home-based)
- Previous experience in leading clinic training programs is highly valued
- Dedication to clinical excellence, with a passion for professional development and lifelong learning
